Here are a few things to know about what happens to your personal information when you decide to share it with us.
- Credit card processing is done securely through NeonCRM or the credit card processor you choose (Google Pay, PayPal, etc.). While NeonCRM securely stores your credit card information (if you choose), we don’t have access to it.
- We ask only for the information we need.
- The personal information we ask you for is used for these purposes:
- Providing you with information and updates about our classes, events, and services, and occasionally those of our community partners (through means including emails, direct mail, and sometimes phone calls or texts).
- Understanding the demographics of our community–so we can better serve you, learn who we’re not reaching, and provide information to foundations and funders who request demographic information to award us grants (which then allow us to offer classes, events, and services).
- We don’t share your personal information except as stated above or we are compelled to do so by law.
- We don’t sell your information to outside third parties.
- You may revoke your consent at any time to stop receiving information about Wordcrafters via email, telephone, or written correspondence…but it will make us sad if you do because we love having you be part of our funky little word nerd community!
