Do you find yourself searching for the words to express your emotions? Wishing for a deeper connection to your true self?

A journaling practice can help you access what’s going on inside your head and heart.

But sitting down to a blank page can seem daunting. What exactly are you supposed to write about, anyway?

Tune into your inner voice

Don’t let doubt keep you from listening to your innermost musings—your ambitions and pains, your longings, and even your joys.

This six-week class will guide you to get comfortable and familiar with the sound of your own voice.

In this 6-week workshop, you will get:

A nurtured approach to journaling

Each week, through a series of guided prompts and questions, you’ll explore journaling as a self-reflective practice. You’ll have in-class writing time as well as opportunities to share your thoughts, experiences, or writings, and listen to the diverse voices of your peers.

Your personal journaling journey

There’s no one-size-fits all in journaling. No right or wrong way to cultivate a relationship to your inner voice. By the end of this workshop, you’ll be on your way to developing a personalized journaling practice that truly serves you.

Begin this transformative journey just by showing up exactly as you already are, and let your heart and your pen do the rest! You deserve to feel heard. Give yourself the gift of compassion and understanding and find your journaling rhythm.
