However, writers who want to jump in the deep end of that pool head first are also welcome. The only requirements are creativity, an open mind, a calm demeanor, and a thick skin.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=”About the Accommodations” font_container=”tag:h4|text_align:left” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”2541″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]Accommodations are in a private rental home. The 7-bedroom home is on 1.3 acres with ocean views and plenty of parking. The home features a full kitchen and 3.5 baths with linens, and towels provided.
Just bring your toiletries, writing materials, and your own meals, drinks, and snacks. There is a coffee pot; if you’re a coffee drinker, you might want to bring your own coffee.
This home is wheelchair accessible. Please let us know if you need any accessibility accommodations.
Please note: pets are not allowed (Service animals, of course, are welcome).[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]PLEASE NOTE: meals are not provided. The home is equipped with a full kitchen to bring your own meals. Several local restaurants are nearby. Breakfast and lunch will be on your own (though we will all eat together). Most folks participate in the volunteer-coordinated potlucks for evening meals, and we may head out to restaurants a few evenings.
Saturday evening meal arrangements will be discussed before the retreat starts. Options include pot luck, bringing your own meal, or going to a local restaurant.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
