We know life gets lifey and well-laid plans go awry. If you registered for one of our shenanigans but can’t make it, here are our refund eligibility guidelines.
All programs
If Wordcrafters in Eugene cancels an event, class, workshop, or retreat, we’ll issue you a full refund using the same method you used to pay.
No refunds will be issued if registration is canceled after the time periods stated below except in the following circumstances: you are ill with a contagious viral illness, such as COVID-19, RSV, or influenza, or you have a medical or family emergency. In this case, we’ll issue you a refund minus a 15% administrative fee or a credit for a future shenanigan. If you’re sick, please stay home and take good care of yourself.
Single-session events, workshops, classes, and intensives
Registrations are eligible for a refund if canceled two weeks before the start of the class, event, workshop, or intensive, minus a 15% administrative fee or a credit for a future shenanigan.
Multi-day intensives, retreats, and story weekends
Registrations are eligible for a refund if canceled 30 days before the intensive, retreat, or story weekend, minus a 15% administrative fee or credit for a future shenanigan.
