
Write your real-life adventures with this travel writing workshop!
This 2-hour workshop introduces travel writing basics just in time for you to record your summer adventures. You don’t need to go far from home to share what there is to see and do in your corner of the globe. We will look at examples of classic and contemporary works in travel writing, including blogs, and discuss how to develop your own pieces. Suitable for all writing and travel abilities.
About the Instructor: Bronwynn Dean holds an MFA in Creative Nonfiction from Goddard College. Her work has appeared in Creative Nonfiction, The Pitkin Review, Soundings Review, Sativa, Bang! Magazine and The Eugene Weekly. She teaches, tutors young writers, copyedits and works at the local independent bookstore.
