Get some fresh eyes on your manuscript at this fun, fast-paced critique with a professional writer and your peers!

The first page of your manuscript is often the make or break moment for your reader (and for the agent or editor perusing your work). We’ll break into groups of 8-9 writers and a professional author. Each group will focus on the first page of everyone’s story in a round-robin critique. Each participant will read the first page while others read along and comment, then we’ll share constructive feedback to help you know what’s working and some suggestions to make your first page sing. You’ll bring 10 copies of your first page.
