The Wordcrafters studio is available for rent to Wordcrafters’ members and local nonprofit arts and education organizations.
Our spacious studio is inviting and warm and can be set up for a variety of events: from meetings and roundtable discussions to book launch parties.

Hours available:
Wordcrafters studio is available for rent between 9 am and 11 pm, Monday through Sunday.
Cancellations:
- 50% of the rental fee will be refunded if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the event rental begins.
- There will be no refund of the rental fees or deposit if the event is canceled within 30 days of the scheduled event.
Reservations:
Reservations are confirmed only after rental fees are received in full. You’ll receive a confirmation email from Wordcrafters.
Parking:
- Parking is in the lot in front of the door labeled “Wordcrafters.”
- Visitors must get a parking pass and display it on their car dashboard. Wordcrafters will supply parking passes for the event.
- Cars must be parked facing in (not backed in).
- Wordcrafters is not responsible for parking tickets received, or vehicles towed, while attending a meeting/event on-premises.
- Street parking is also available.
